The Amulet of the Muse is a gold necklace, with a gem stone brooch. The gemstone is compiled of a diamond, magically fused with mirror shards. This makes the gem stone as strong as a diamond, with the ability to reflect like a mirror.
While wearing the Amulet of the Muse, you gain more uses of of the bardic inspiration power equal to half you level rounded up, it also grants you one additional target. This still counts as one use.
In addition, you can spend a spell slot to do one of two things:
spend 1 spell slot: Will grant 1 more target.
Spend 1 spell slot: You can use the Amulet to either effect armor class (as a reaction) or damage rolls. If you can already do this, they can then add your charisma modifier into the roll.
Notes: Amulet of the Muse requires true attument (bard), to attune this item, one must sing a song about adventures they have had for atleast a thirty minutes.
