The All-seeing Eyes of the Gods are given to a moral by a God/Goddess of the DM's choosing, but the sight of the one they are closest to, as in relation and not literally, will be taken. The wielder will also have to adjust to having and controlling the Eyes, by default taking a week or two, depending on the wielder's Wisdom stat. However, the DM, if so choosing, can split the Eyes between two people, which will cancel the cost of a loved-one's sight.
If split, The Right Eye of Light can grant access to the Warlock class free of charge, but can only have a Pact with Celestial/Fae beings with strictly Good natures. Vice versa, The Left Eye of Darkness grants the same boon, but they can only Pact with an Infernal/Abyssal being of strictly Evil natures.
