Armor of Cerulean, +1

You have a +1 bonus to AC while wearing this armor. This armor was fashioned from the hide of a young blue dragon and has miraculous properties.

When the command word is spoken, this armor begins to shift and waver in the light, breaking up the wearer's silhouette and making them difficult to perceive. While this effect is active, the wearer has advantage on Dexterity (stealth) checks that rely on sight and Wisdom (perception) checks to see them are at disadvantage.

The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.

Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Advantage: Stealth, Rogue or Ranger, Combat, Warding
