Staff, rare (requires attunement by a Sorcerer, Warlock, or Wizard)

This staff can be wielded as a magic quarterstaff that grants a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. While you hold it, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls.

The staff has 5 charges for the following properties. It regains 1d6 - 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 20, the staff regains 1 charge.

While attuned and holding the staff, each of the follow spells are considered known and prepared by you and do not count against spells known or prepared from your class, and can be cast using your spell slots. Also, while attuned and holding the staff, you can expend a charge to cast one of the two spells at first level using an action, reaction, or bonus action as determined by the spell.

Magic Missile or Thunderwave

You can also use an action to cast Fire Bolt without using any charges.
