A creature who uses this stop watch is placed in a pocket dimension for one hour where they can only take the action "short rest".

This steel pocket watch is a simple and hearty design with a dull grey body, crisp white face, and deep black hands and numerals. Despite there being no way to wind the watch or set the time, the watch is always correct. Above the numeral 12 extends a small, stout rod. Every night, at the exact moment the second had crosses midnight the face of the watch begins to emit a dull glow which casts a low light in a five foot arc in front of the watch face.

If a creature presses on the rod while the face is glowing the black watch hands will freeze in place and a set of glowing white watch hands will appear. The presser will also be instantly teleported to a simple pocket dimension consisting of a small island, topped with a single tree, surrounded by infinite ocean, which is perpetually at sunset. Under the tree sits a single lounge chair. Creatures in this dimension have no will to do anything but rest and relax. 

After the ethereal hands count off an hour, the creature is transported back to the exact moment in space and time they inhabited when the rod was depressed. The watch face loses its glow, the white hands disappear, and the black hands continue to click as normal.
