The door can be installed into any building over the span of 8 hours (two hours if the caster is proficient with smith's tools or carpenters tools. 10 minutes if they are proficient with both) The Fabricate spell can also instantly install it.
The door handle can be installed into any other house door, using half the installment time. These doors are then linked. The main door can exit through itself, or through the other door. The caster and any designated creatures can also enter to the original door through the door with the handle.
The amount of doors the main door can be connected to determines it's rarity:
2 Rare
3-4 Very Rare
5-6 Legendary
The main door can exit to any of the other doors by turning a wheel. And non-designated creatures can enter to the original door, if it is unlocked and without some sort of magic barrier.
Very obviously inspired by the door in Howl's moving castle
