You are unaffected by all difficult terrain created by snow or ice. You have resistance to cold damage. Your AC = 15 + Dex modifier. You can cast "Ray of Frost" as a bonus action but can't use this until you take a short or long rest. You can cast "Chill Touch" as a bonus action but can't use this until you take a short or long rest. You can cast "Spider Climb" as an action but can't use this until you finish a long rest. Anything you kill while in snowy or icy regions adds 1% (rounded down) of its hitpoints to you. This increases to 5% at lvl 10, 10% at lvl 15 and 20% at lvl 20. Also at 5th level onwards, you can use a bonus action to use the % of the level up. You cannot use this feature again until you have been out of icy or snowy regions for at least 5 days.
