The Eye of the Maimed God appears to be a small medallion with a thin chain attached to it. Engraved in it is a road leading to a sun rising behind two rolling hills. Where these three things meet is a seemingly all-seeing eye. The back shows patterns around a central circle which looks to be hollowed out when it is full when flipped over. Any creature that looks through the hole gains truesight up to 30 feet.
The wearer of this medallion gains temporary sight as if seeing regularly for an hour per day(1/day).
