Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Worn by a Druid)
This wooden mask is shaped in the likeness of a dragon’s visage and has 20 charges. While wearing the mask, you use the mask to double the highest possible CR of the wild shape ability, this also removes any stipulations such as no flying. This ability lasts as long as the druid stays in a wild shape.
You can spend additional charges to make the CR you can turn into higher. If you expend 1 charge you can raise the maximum CR by 1. This can be done as much as you want in one turn to a maximum of 10. This also makes it so you can turn into any creature.
The mask regains all expended charges at dawn.
