An heirloom passed down by the group of Drow living in secret in The Alabaster Woods, this incredibly light shield is made of silver hued adamantine and is inlaid with a large crescent moon made of pearlescent moonstone.
This magic shield is a legacy shield and starts at Minor Legacy.
Minor Legacy
This shield adds an additional +1 to AC and +1 to all saving throws. If a creature you can see makes a melee attack against you and misses, you may choose to have the shield deal 2d8 radiant damage to the creature and it must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or be blinded for 1 minute. A creature affected by this ability can make another saving throw at the end of each of your turns. You regain the use of this ability each dusk.
Lesser Legacy
This shield grants a +2 bonus to AC and all saving throws. While holding this shield, spell attacks have disadvantage against you. Whenever a creature within 30 feet of you takes damage, you can use your reaction to restore 4d6 hit points to that creature. You regain use of this feature each dusk.
Greater Legacy
This shield grants a +3 bonus to AC and all saving throws. While holding this shield, you have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects, and spell attacks have disadvantage against you. As a bonus action, you may choose a creature you see within 120 feet. That creature is bathed in radiant moonlight for 1 minute and all attacks against it have advantage for the duration. This ability is a concentration effect but doesn't disallow you from casting another concentration spell. You regain use of this feature each dusk.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Bonus: Charisma Saving Throws, Bonus: Constitution Saving Throws, Bonus: Dexterity Saving Throws, Bonus: Intelligence Saving Throws, Bonus: Strength Saving Throws, Bonus: Wisdom Saving Throws, cleric
