Weapon (shotgun), uncommon

An automatic shotgun is a devastating close ranged firearm utilized for clearing small rooms with brutal efficiency. One asarythite drum is loaded into the weapon's magazine well, which expels the crystal's innate magical energy into a spray of arcane bolts which fire from the barrel of this magical firearm. When fired it creates a crackling sound that can be heard up to 100 feet away.

Damage: 2d8 Piercing Damage + Dexterity modifier

Range: 15ft cone

Reload: This magical firearm can be fired up to 6 times before it requires an Action or Bonus Action to reload (character's choice).

Shotgun Blast: When you take the Attack action with this magical firearm, make a ranged weapon attack against the Armor Class of every creature within a 15ft cone.

Weight: 16lbs

Cost: 350 gp

It’s up to you to decide whether a character has proficiency with a firearm. Characters in most D&D worlds wouldn’t have such proficiency. During their downtime, characters can use the training rules in the Player’s Handbook to acquire proficiency, assuming that they have enough ammunition to keep the weapons working while mastering their use.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.

Notes: Ammunition: Drum, Special, Shotgun Blast, Reload: 6, Damage, Combat, Range, Two-Handed, Ammunition (Firearms), Reload, Push
