This amulet has the appearance of an anatomically-correct heart fashioned from red and purple enameled glass with gold gilt. It contains 3 charges and passively provides 1d4+4 temporary hit points as per 1st level false life to the attuned wearer indefinitely, with any missing temporary hit points refreshing after a long rest (treat as a recast of false life on wearer). 1 charge can be expended to cast the spell cure wounds, or 3 charges can be expended to cast the spell revivify. Whilst the amulet is worn, the wearer can expend a charge to enhance a health potion of any rarity. Doing so will infuse the potion with the bonus effect of a 1st level false life spell. The amulet regains all expended charges each day at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the amulet fades away in a puff of purple smoke.
Notes: Healing, Buff, Warding, Necklace
