A crown of ice, large spires of frost rise up from the crown that holds a fantastic white jewel in the center. Now blessed and growing, five spires rise from the crown and spread down over the face like a partial helmet. The user is unaffected by this chilling item, yet looks as royal as any king. Gifted by the Branch of Am - Ursroh - the crown offers the wearer protections against cold and magical strengths in battle. The fierce power of the bear branch of Am is ravenous and unyielding. He blesses you with the fury of his might.
The Diadem allows the wearer to use Investiture of Ice without needing to concentrate. You can end the spell at anytime, but the unforgiving winds and cold will lash out until the spell ends.
- The crown grants the user an empowered form of “Investiture of Ice” in which the creature becomes a bear with the stats of a Polar Bear with an AC of 17. The magic can now last 30 minutes. During this time, you are considered polymorphed into a bear while the spell continues to be active. The chilled breath of the beast is now doubled for range and damage.
- You can now use “Speak with animals” at will. Gain the spell “Armor of Agathys” that can be used once a day for non-magic casters or becomes known by casters that wear it.
