Wondrous Item, unknown rarity
A bundle of golden arrows filled with Wild Magic. When you successfully hit a creature with one of these arrows, you can force them to make a WIS Saving Throw against your spell save DC. If they fail, roll a D100. Consult the Dungeon master for a wild magic effect that occurs. Once the arrow hits a target, whether or not the magic goes off, the arrow dissipates.
