What do you get when an indecisive Elven Mage meets an equally indecisive Dwarf? You get an enchanted hilt, that transforms between three weapons at will.
This item when first picked up appears as a strange mixture of great-sword hilt, battleaxe handle, and the staff of a war-hammer. Upon focusing upon one of these weapons, the other 'hilts' disappear from the material plane and the head of the weapon being willed into being appears. Once focused upon the weapon receives it's enchantment proper.
Great-sword; 2d6 slashing, 1d4 fire
Battleaxe; 1d8/1d10 slashing (versatile), 1d4 lightning
War-hammer; 1d8/1d10 bludgeoning (versatile), 1d4 cold
Due to the focus required to wield this item properly. Any spells or other actions requiring a concentration check are done at disadvantage whilst wielding Agatha's Hilt.
