Atalundra's cloak of many eyes

At first glance, this appears to be a fancy cloak of dark purple colors and golden tread patterns around it, depicting many eyes with pupils of many different colors. Upon donning the hood however, the wearer can pick twice a day any of the following:

• Detect Evil and Good - 1 charge.
• Detect Magic - 1 charge.
• Detect Poison and Disease - 1 charge.
• Detect Thoughts - 1 charge.
• Foresight. (takes the two daily charges to use)
• See Invisibility - 1 charge.
• True Seeing - 1 charge.

The only exception is True sight, which takes all charges of that day to use.
