Amulet of Draconic Heritage

While wearing and attuned to this amulet, you can use an action to draw forth your draconic heritage and shape-shift into a dragon of your type. As part of this action you use that dragon's presence ability, if it has one. This transformation acts like the true polymorph spell and lasts for 1 minute or until the health of transformed state is depleted. The strength of the dragon you transform into is dependent on your character's level: Level 1-5= Dragon Wyrmling, Level 6-15= Young Dragon, Level 16-20= Adult Dragon.
