Wondrous Item, very rare
An arrow of overseeing is a magic item designed to spy out the area it is shot in to or over. For the duration of its flight, the archer sees as if carried on the arrow tip, losing their normal sight of their surroundings for that round. Any visual capabilities, Darkvision etc. apply during the flight. The arrow otherwise functions as a +1 arrow, and if recovered after use, has only the features of a +1 arrow.
Notes: Ranged Weapon Attack: Piercing, Damage, Combat
