Antari’s Periapt of Electrostasis

A golden chain holds a crystal of quartz, dancing with trapped electricity. It feels slightly tingly to the touch. Using an action, the wearer can hold the crystal and channel its electrical charge, temporarily inducing magnetism. Touch up to two metallic items, and choose whether to attract or repel them. It requires a Strength check of 15 or 300lbs of force to force affected items either together or apart, depending on their alignment. This effect lasts up to an hour.
