Adrenochrome is distilled from a living humanoid's pineal gland. The victim is tortured over the course of days or weeks, unitl the pineal gland is brutally removed while the victim is alive. It is CURSED.
BENEFITS: The wisdom score of the imbiber is increased by +2 for 1d4 days. Perception and Insight checks are made with advantage for the same duration.
CURSE: The alignment is automatically changed to any evil. Saves against Charm spells and spell like effects made against the imbiber from Devil's, Demons, and Aberrations are made with disadvantage. When first drank the imbiber makes an intelligence save DC 15. If they succeed the curse and effects can be removed by a lesser restoration it remove curse spell. If they fail it will take a greater restoration and 1d4 days to remove the curse and effects.
