Weapon (rapier), very rare (requires attunement by a Pact of the Hexblade Warlock)

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, and it deals an additional 1d4 force damage on a hit.

The essence of Alin'dyr flows through this rapier, and when the user uses their Hexblade's Curse ability, or any curse like ability (the spell Hex also applies), the user may expend a warlock spell slot to target 2 instead. If the curse requires concentration, the curse acts as one spell for the purposes of maintaining concentration. Additionally, if the user specifically uses their Hexblade's Curse ability, they gain temporary hit points equal to half their warlock level, rounded down.

When exposed to dim or dark light, the blade shimmers a moonlight like light, being bright light in a 15 ft. radius and dim light in 15 ft. past that. The user may also use their action to cast the cantrip Light centered on the blade.

The thin opal blade of Alin'dyr's Pride is almost prismatic in form, with rainbow waves and ripples throughout it. This ornate blade has a slight humming sound, only audible within a foot of the blade. The blade leads itself into a woven onyx hilt that wraps around in a traditional rapier fashion, and the handle curves out about 30 degrees. This blade is truly fit for a king.

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
