This amulet has a beautiful silver chain connected to a dark onyx gem that appears to contain swirling back shadow and ribbons of gold within. While attuned to the amulet you gain the following Benefits:
- If you aren't wearing armor, your base Armor Class is 15 + your Dexterity modifier.
- You have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
- Your spell save DC and spell attack bonus each increase by 2.
change fate. You have 3 luck points as described by the lucky feat. All the charges are replenished at the next dawn.
Tether of fate. You reach out to the strings of fate and alter them for or against someone. As a reaction to a creature within 120ft of you making an ability check, attack roll or saving throw, you choose to make the out come of their roll a natural 1 or natural 20. Once you use this feature you can’t use it again until the next dawn.
