Wondrous Item, common (requires attunement by a Long rest by any class)
This snakeskin belt is made of the skin of several taipan vipers. Once attended the belt is capable of holding up to 5 weapons of choice. If the wearer throws one of these weapons it will magically return to its sheath on the belt after 6 seconds.
Once a week the wearer can choose to have the belt coat a single blade with the venom from a taipan causing the weapon thrown to deal an extra 1d12 poison damage and the target must make a DC 13 CON save or be poisoned and paralyzed for 1d4 rounds.
If the wearer misses with this attack they must make the CON save of 13 as the belt will grow fangs and bite the wearer giving them the damage and status effects if failed.
