This arcane device can purify the raw potential of Overcast Powder into a more potent, liquid form. Each "Charge" of Overcast powder must be mixed with alchemical reagents to amplify its usefulness. 1 GP worth of reagents and 1 "charge" of Overcast Powder can be mixed inside the A.P.P. to make 1 "Charge" of the liquid form over the course of an hour. Even the most inefficient versions of this device will distill a charge of the liquid into a quantity easily containable within a hipflask.
The device is not quiet while being operated. While the actual volume of the device is unique for each unit, it is never louder than a normally operating Blacksmith.
The liquid form of Overcast Powder can be used in various magical creations, or as 10 GP worth of spell components.
Notes: This device is not designed to be carried as part of a traditional adventuring group's gear. This device needs to be bolted to stone/concrete to function correctly.
