This battleaxe is imbued a memory of spells. When hitting with this axe after using a spell, roll an additional 1d6 and add that same type of damage to the attack. When not channeling a spell through the axe the damage is 1d8+STR, this is also the amount of damage caused when not used by a caster.
Proficiency with a Battleaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
Notes: Bonus: Spell Attacks, This axe is a dull iron color when not in use. The handle is engraved with dwarven runes that change color depending on the magic that is casted near it. When a spell is used from the axe the color drains from the runes and once again the iron is dull. , Caster, Versatile, Topple
