- Final Power: As an action, you can activate Tempête du Roi des Éclairs (Storm of the Lightning King). When you activate this ability, every creature within a 30-foot radius must succeed on a DC 18 CON saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn. As electricity begins running through the ground, anyone who starts their turn within 30 feet of you takes 1d10 lightning damage. You then gain the ability to use Legendary Actions. You can take 3 legendary actions from the options below. Only one action can be used at a time, and only after another creature's turn. You regain all expended Legendary Actions at the beginning of your next turn
- Lightning Flash: You move up to your movement speed in a straight line and make one attack. If you hit, you deal an additional 2d10 lightning damage
- Vibrate (Costs 2 Actions): You begin to allow the speed of lightning into you. You cast the Blur spell. This effect lasts until you take another legendary action and doesn't require concentration
- Storm Surge (Costs 3 Actions): You cast Call Lightning at 5 level. You can now use a legendary action to use the lightning attack, DC 18.
- Once you have used this ability, this rapier becomes nonmagical for 1d6 days.
