Vampiric touch this enchantment has 10 charges, and it recharges 1d6 +4 each new day. 1 charge to cast enchantment, to activate the wielder must utter the words "you are loved more then you know!" When the weapon hits it siphons the life force from others to heal the yielders wounds. Make a melee spell attack against a creature within your reach. On a hit, the target takes 4d6 necrotic damage, and you regain hit points equal to half the amount of necrotic damage dealt. For 1 minute you can make the attack again on each of your turns as an action.
Proficiency with a Morningstar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
