You gain a +1 bonus to AC and saving throws while you wear this cloak. Anyone who dons this robe may not speak a lie. The compulsion to tell the truth remains for 24 hours after the robe is removed. A remove curse spell can end the compulsion early, but putting the robe back on renews it for another 24 hours.
