This amulet has gold chains that are connected to a golden cage with a black gem flushed perfectly inside.
If someone stares into the black gem, they will see the Shadowfell equivalent location based on their current location.
If you go unconscious while wearing this amulet, the amulet cast the plane shift spell. The destination will be the Shadowfell equivalent location based of your current destination (e.g. If you fall unconscious in Neverwinter, the spell will take you to Evernight). After the spell has been casted, the amulet will glow and an image of the wearer's previous location will be imprinted onto it. If the user focuses onto the amulet, then the amulet will cast plane shift spell. The destination will be the location imprinted onto the amulet. Afterwards, the gem will turn into stone and the amulet will become inert.
