Amulet of the Desperate Void (Cracked)

To most who see it, this looks like a normal Amulet of the Desperate Void. If someone passes a arcana check of DC 18, then they will see that this magical item is faulty and will immediately break after the amulet cast the spell.

If you go unconscious while wearing this amulet, the amulet cast the plane shift spell. The destination will be the Shadowfell equivalent location based of your current destination (e.g. If you fall unconscious in Neverwinter, the spell will take you to Evernight). After the spell has been casted, the gem will shatter and the magical item becomes inert.
