Armor (scale mail), uncommon
This set of scale-mail is a sea blues that seems to move like waves when in sunlight. While wearing this armor you gain a swim speed of 30ft and can breathe under water.
This armor consists of a coat and leggings (and perhaps a separate skirt) of leather covered with overlapping pieces of metal, much like the scales of a fish. The suit includes gauntlets.
