Arrow of Piercing +1

These magic arrows were made to pierce throw the enemy. You have a +1 to attack and damage rolls made with this piece of ammunition. When you hit with a ranged attack against a creature within the first range increment of your weapon and another target is behind them (you can draw a straight line between you and the second target that intersect the target of your first attack) within the first range increment you can roll another ranged attack against the second target and deal half the damage the first target took on a hit. Once the arrow hits a second target it stops.
