This ancient shortbow has been passed down the Mazewalkers of Mezro and now finds itself in the hands of the Aarakokra of Kir Sabal who have adopted the holy artefact as their own and will only bestow it on those chosen by Ubtao. The shortbow is primitive in design but its wood is made of the sturdiest and most flexible wood the jungle has to offer and is imbued with the ancient druidic magic of the Aarakocra of Kir Sabal.
Arrows fired from this bow are considered magical and become imbued with the light of Ubtao doing an additional 1d6 Radiant damage. Additionally, the attuned can cast the light cantrip on its arrows at will and cast both feather fall and find the path spells once per day each. The wielder of Ubtao's Radiance also has an affinity with Ubtaos children and has advantage on any animal handling checks made on Dinosaurs.
Proficiency with a Shortbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
