This blade was once wielded by an evil Dragonborn paladin who cursed the weapon so it would help him become a powerful foe for his enemies. Ashikar died in battle with this weapon, and the weapon has been known to disappear for a certain amount of time, and reappear when a worthy wielder is born. The sword can only be used by an evil person, and if they are not, it try’s to corrupt them by whispering to them while in battle telling them to kill their opponent and turn the world into a blood bath.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
