When you use the dash action you don't provoke attacks of opportunity.
Living Bold
When you use the dash action you can expend 1 charge to move like normal movement and gain the speed as flying speed
Lightspeed
When you use your dash action you can spend 2 charges to get another action thins turn, which has to be used to dash. Also if you have the charger feat you gain an extra bonus action for attacks or shoves.
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
