Armor (half plate), rare

First thought of by a warrior who wanted to look good in town but could not be bothered to take off his armor to accomplish this.
It took a while to find a magic user who understood that it was not him wanting to become invisible but the armor only.
For some reason this enchant can only be done on breast/half or full-plate.

This half-plate, mainly dark grey is covered in blackened hooked spikes several inches long giving it a fairly gruesome look.

This suit of armor has been enchanted so that it’s invisible. It can’t be seen, except for it's wearer.
This results in a bonus of +1 to AC for the reason that opponents aim for openings that aren't there.
You can activate or De-activate this as a bonus action at will.
It also has a lot of steel spikes on it doing 1d3 damage to any melee attacker that does land a hit on you.
If you choose to not activate the invisibility the armor gives you proficiency on intimidation or if you already have it
lets you double your intimidation proficiency bonus.
This only works if the armor was visible at the start of combat, otherwise most enemy's tend to think of the armor as just
an illusion thereby negating the intimidation factor.

Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.

Notes: Stealth Disadvantage
