The Sickle of the Damning Dark is a sleek, black and blue steel sickle, wrapped with a thin layer of leather at the handle. The steel is chill to the touch, and a sickly aura emanates from it. When an attack with this weapon critically hits, the target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or be blinded permanently. Additionally, when an attack with this weapon reduces a creature to 0 hit points, its body instantly withers and ages as if years had passed, and the creature is unable to make any death saves.This effect does not affect anything the creature was wearing or carrying.
Proficiency with a Sickle allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
