Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement)

+5 STR, +5 CON, -3 INT, -3 WIS

An ornate rod with a mysterious orb inlaid in the center with the ability to take the form of an array of powerful weapons. The rod grants the wielder 2 actions per turn in combat (negates all other routes of increased actions) and requires one action to change form. The rod can only be activated by the one attuned to it and while it is in one of its forms it cannot be moved by anyone else. Once attuned, the wielder cannot unattune until death and the rod remains inert until a new wielder attunes to it (resurrection does not return the rod's powers to the previous wielder).

Armor Infallibility: ignores all non-magical armors to deal half damage

Light, Finesse, Reach (10 ft), One-Handed, Special

Multi-Hit: enemies within a 10 foot cone must pass a DC 24 constitution save or take 6d6 slashing damage (half damage on successful save)

Flail: 3d8 (5d8)

Light, Finesse, Reach (10 ft), Versatile

Swell: doubles in size and weight to deal 5d8 bludgeoning damage (2 actions per swing)

Shield

Heavy, +8 AC, +5 save DC

Shield Slam: enemies within a 10 foot cone must pass a DC 24 constitution save or go prone.
