Arctivige Smoogtitle Pants pocket

Always has a pen in it with the original owner's name, age, and race. The reason the pen always comes back is that the dude has a curse that he always loses his writing utensils. So he made the pen took the pants and the pen to the wizard. Basically, it's a bag of holding, but only pens, and it never runs out. If he dies, the pocket is useless. The curse is still happening, he had his magic pocket stolen.
