This belt has three pouches affixed to its middle, in the area that would be roughly opposite to the buckle when worn. Inside each pouch is an extradimensional space big enough for any one or two-handed weapon. If a weapon is placed in the space and the pouch snapped closed, then whenever a wearer unsnaps the closure, the handle of the weapon leaps into the wearer's hand. Returning a weapon is just as easy, taking no more than a bonus action.
Only one weapon may be placed in each pouch. If a second weapon is forced into a pouch, or if it is pierced or torn, it ruptures and is destroyed, and its contents are scattered in the Astral Plane.
Placing a Artro's Accessible Arsenal inside an extradimensional space created by a bag of holding, handy haversack, portable hole, or similar item instantly destroys both items and opens a gate to the Astral Plane. The gate originates where the one item was placed inside the other. Any creature within 10 feet of the gate is sucked through it to a random location on the Astral Plane. The gate then closes. The gate is one-way only and can't be reopened.
