Adamantine Hand of Manipulation

The user must me missing a full arm in order to use this item. 

While attuned to this item the user can swap one word of a prepared spell from another prepared spell and cast a combination of the spells using both spell slots. (a spell level of 1st level minimum must be used in the cast)

Example: you could combine the Chill Touch cantrip with Scorching Ray and cast "Chill Ray" or "Scorching Touch". A spell cast in this way would consume a second level spell slot due to the other half of the spell being a cantrip. 

Notes: You must remove your arm up to the shoulder to attune to this item.
