This scarf is a silky cloth with the coloring of the aurora borealis. When worn and attuned, the scarf becomes transparent, fading and flowing much like the northern lights, creating faint light for up to 5 feet.

This scarf has 5 charges. you can use and action to expend a charge and essentially cast dancing lights, creating the actual aurora borealis anywhere above you. This light can light up magical and non-magical darkness for 50 feet and dim light for another 20, and can move above your head with you or stay in an area of your choosing. This affect ends after 8 hours or when dispelled as an action. You regain all charges daily at midnight.
