This item made by the Chief Weapons Engineer of the Diddiwedd Plains Republic, Avell Hynfydgof, has numerous properties. Some of them may even be beneficial!
At first glance this looks like a standard but stylish parasol/umbrella, but with a press of a button the waterproof material folds in to create a foil and the metal pole retracts to reveal the needle-like blade that hides in the interior. Do it again and it becomes a regular umbrella again. (This process takes a bonus action. This weapon is considered magical.) This item is perfect for high-end parties!
Prototype: When you activate or deactivate this weapon roll a D20. On a roll of a 5 or less the item malfunctions and can be fixed as an action with a DC 13 INT Check.
Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
