Amulet of Percipience

The setting of this amulet holds a large black gemstone with faint stars suspended within it. No matter how the amulet is turned, the orientation of the stars remains the same.

You can use an action to expend 1 of its 3 charges to receive an omen from an otherworldly entity about the results of a specific course of action that you plan to take within the next 30 minutes. The omen appears as a constellation of a single emoji in the stone. The omen doesn't take into account any possible circumstances that might change the outcome, such as the casting of additional spells or the loss or gain of a companion.

The Amulet of Percipience regains one expended charge each day at dawn.

If you cast the spell two or more times before completing the next dawn, there is a cumulative 25 percent chance for each casting after the first that you get a random reading. The DM makes this roll in secret.
