This ring was Affavara‘s wedding ring, given to her by her beloved husband as a token of his love for her.

While wearing this ring when you drop to 0 hit points, you are automatically healed for 1d6 + 6 hit points. This property cannot be used again for 24 hours. In addition, if you lose a body part, the ring causes the missing part to regrow and return to full functionality after 1d6 + 1 days if you have at least 1 hit point the whole time.
