You've had this gauntlet stuck to your hand for as long as you can remember. You're not sure exactly where it came from, but when you got older, you welded a shortsword to the top so that it functions as a slashing weapon and a bludgeoning weapon!
The gauntlet functions mechanically as a shortsword, but if you so choose you can hit an enemy with the metal gauntlet itself, doing 2d4+STR bludgeoning damage.
Proficiency with a Shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
