Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
An iron chain with a plum-sized pendant on the end. The pendant is in the shape of a skull, and occasionally beats like a heart.
This amulet has one charge, replenished each day at Dawn.
As a bonus action on their turn, an attuned user can expend a charge to target a corpse they can see and roll 1d6. On a 1-3, they summon a skeleton; on 4-6, they summon a zombie.
As a reaction, when an undead creature the attuned user can see dies, they can use a charge to cause the creature to explode. All creatures within 10 feet must make a DC12 DEX save, taking 2d6 force damage on a fail.
An evil-aligned user does not need to deplete charges to use either above action.
