While wearing this ring, you gain the following benefits:

• Your Constitution increases by 1.
• After a short rest, you gain 20 temporary hit points. You may lose 5 hit points to heal an ally 2d4+3 hit points (minimum of five), stackable. You may sacrifice more temporary hit points than you have but will take the extra as damage as long as you still have at least 5 temporary hit points.
• If you sacrifice a total of 20 hit points to heal an unconscious or dying ally, you gain AC equal to your dexterity modifier (to a maximum of 2) until the end of your next turn.
