Amulet of a Legendary King

Ancient Soul: The soul of an ancient king was sealed in this amulet. While in contact with the amulet you can telepathically communicate with this soul, and it can see through your eyes. As a bonus action you can have him make a skill check, potentially providing useful information. (Note some actions may require your action guided by him to preform). His skill modifiers are:

In ancient times they called the king Salektla' swhum, though previous wielder's of the amulet usually choose to call him by a name of their choice.
