Wondrous Item, legendary
A statute of any of the true dragons, made entirely of adamantine. When the statue is thrown down it grows into an adult dragon based on the item iteself.
This can be a statue of any true dragon; disincluding the gem dragons.
Summon the Beast. You throw down the statue to a location within 30ft of you. From that point if there is enough space for an adult dragon to fit it will be summoned, else it does not activate. This feature can be used once per long rest.
Dragons Tongue. You learn to speak, read, and write draconic.
